Continuation of the Public Hearing to add a proposed Local Law amending the Code of the City of Rye by creating a new chapter, Chapter 176, “Energy Conservation”, to establish a Sustainable Energy Loan Program in the City of Rye in accordance with Article 5-L of the General Municipal Law.
Public Hearing to amend local law Chapter 191, “Vehicles and Traffic”, of the Rye City Code by amending Section §191-20, “Parking time limited”, Subsection (E) “Fifteen-minute limit” to designate three parking spaces on the west side of First Street as fifteen minute parking spaces.
Residents may be heard on matters for Council consideration that do not appear on the agenda.
