Consideration of request to amend local law Chapter 191, “Vehicles and Traffic”, of the Rye City Code, Section §191-20, “Parking time limited”, Subsection (E) “Fifteen-minute limit” to designate four parking spaces in Car Park 2 as fifteen minute parking spaces.
