Consideration of a request from The Rye Free Reading Room to use of the Village Green to offer Wiggle Giggle with Dawny Dew, a popular children’s program (usually held indoors) on September 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, and October, 7 and 14. The program begins at 9:30, and repeats at 10:15 and 11 am. Each of the three sessions runs for 20 minutes.
